Tracking your order (patients and clients)

Patients

As your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email associated with your Fullscript account. You can also find tracking details on your Order history page. Locate your order and click Track package to follow it on the courier’s website.

Orders typically ship within one business day. See our Patient shipping policy for more details on same-day shipping deadlines.

Note

For more information on courier partners, please see Courier information.

Checking your order’s shipping status

In your Order history, find the order you’re looking for and click Track package. This will open the shipment’s tracking history on the courier’s website, where you can monitor its progress.

The Track package button to the right of the order contents.

Note

If you come across a problem with your order before we do, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

Partial shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if a single warehouse couldn’t fulfill it or if some products were out of stock at the time of fulfillment.

You’ll receive a shipment notification email each time a package leaves our warehouse. These emails list the items included and contain a Track my package button to help you monitor your order on the courier’s website.

The email also indicates the total number of shipments required to fulfill your order, with tracking options for each package.

All backordered items will ship as they become available, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once they’re on the way.

Your package may arrive in a personal vehicle

Some UPS deliveries may arrive in an unmarked personal vehicle rather than a UPS truck.

UPS also partners with Roadie®, a delivery network that uses independent drivers in personal vehicles for some deliveries, including same-day and select local shipments.

If your order arrives sealed and intact, delivery in a personal vehicle is an expected UPS delivery method and isn't a reason to request a replacement.

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you can't locate it, follow the steps below.

Lost orders & other shipping errors

If you’re concerned about your order’s whereabouts, check its status and tracking history on the courier’s website. You can also find tracking details on your Orders page by locating the order number.

If there’s a shipping error with your order, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Note

If your order was delivered by Roadie and the tracking shows delivered but you can't locate it, it may have been temporarily returned to the courier and is typically reattempted the next day — even if tracking still shows "delivered." We recommend waiting one business day before assuming it's lost. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact our Customer Support team.

Tracking information for orders heading to Puerto Rico or military addresses outside the continental United States may be inaccurate. If you encounter incorrect tracking details for such orders, please get in touch with our support team.
