Same-day shipping deadline

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM local time are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.

International shipping

Fullscript can only send shipments to locations within the US or Canada, or to US military addresses via USPS. International shipping is not available, and we don’t support freight forwarding across borders.

Returns and cancellations

Supplements

Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we can’t cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.

You can request a return for unopened supplements delivered within the last 30 days. Return shipping labels aren’t provided. See our Return policy for more details.

Heat-sensitive products

Certain supplements, including some probiotics and fish oils, are heat-sensitive. While these items are sensitive to temperature changes, they are designed to remain effective, even if exposed to some fluctuations during transit.

Only some heat-sensitive products, as advised by the manufacturers, ship with a cold pack. Cold packs may not arrive frozen, but don’t be alarmed— they help keep the product cooler than outside conditions even after thawing.

Although labeled as heat-sensitive, these products are made to compensate for any potential losses during shipping, ensuring the product remains effective. Long-term storage is still the key factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these items. Refer to the product label for specific storage instructions.

For even more stability during the summer or when shipping to a warmer climate, we offer priority shipping (1-3 business days) to get products to you as quickly as possible.

Auto refill order shipping rates

Shipping fees are applied to each supplement auto refill created in your account. Products scheduled to ship together can be identified by a single order subtotal. Multiple auto refill orders with unique shipping dates and frequencies can be created, but each refill is subject to a shipping fee where applicable. 

To be eligible for free shipping, individual orders must meet the free shipping threshold in your region. Please refer to the tables above (US, Canada) for applicable shipping rates.

Labs shipping and turnaround times

Labs and supplements are shipped separately, so they won’t arrive in the same package. The table below offers a quick overview of the shipping method and turnaround times for lab kits.
