Wholesale shipping policy

The shipping rates below apply to wholesale orders placed by dispensary owners and affiliated practitioners. Wholesale is available to US dispensaries only.

Note:
Orders placed with our standard shipping method shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will arrive in 10-13 business days. We recommend choosing the priority shipping option for delivery in 1-3 business days. Next business day shipping is currently unavailable in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Order cutoff and processing times
Orders placed before 3 PM local time on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed with next business day shipping must be submitted before 1 PM local time on a weekday to ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.

Courier information
Fullscript partners with various couriers to help ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible. Orders within the US are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, and may be passed to USPS for final delivery.
We can’t guarantee a specific courier for your order. If you’re unable to accept deliveries from UPS, DHL, or FedEx, we recommend selecting standard shipping at checkout. Standard shipments to addresses not serviced by those couriers are typically handed off to USPS for final delivery.
Note:
Most Fullscript orders shipped through any courier don’t require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping address guidelines
Wholesale purchases are typically intended for resale to your patients and clients through your clinic or office. To ensure products are being distributed in alignment with our goals and brand requirements, these orders should be shipped to a verified healthcare practice or business within the United States.

Cancellations
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we’re often unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.
Holiday shipping expectations
Holiday shipping volumes are higher than usual, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays. We’ll keep you updated on any specific delays as we learn more.
Returns
If you need to return any products you have purchased from Fullscript, give us a call or submit a return request, and we’ll get the process started.
Products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. See Refunds & returns for more information.

Wholesale purchases that received a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply.
Missing and damaged shipments or products

Shipping heat-sensitive products
Certain products, including some probiotics and fish oils, are heat-sensitive. While these items are sensitive to temperature changes, they are designed to remain effective, even if exposed to some fluctuations during transit.
Only some heat-sensitive products ship with a cold pack. Cold packs may not arrive frozen, but don’t be alarmed— they help keep the product cooler than outside conditions even after thawing.
Although labeled as heat-sensitive, these products are made to compensate for any potential losses during shipping, ensuring the product remains effective. Long-term storage is still the key factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these items. Please refer to the product label for specific storage instructions.
We also offer priority shipping to get products to you as quickly as possible.
