Managing your auto refill shipping and payment

Auto refills are designed to make staying on track with your plan simple and stress-free. Managing your shipping and payment settings ensures your orders arrive as expected and are billed correctly, giving you peace of mind.

Here’s what you can update to keep your auto refill schedule running smoothly:

  1. The products and quantities you’d like shipped;
  2. Your shipping address;
  3. Your payment information.

Shipping methods & rates

Free shipping is available for orders meeting the free shipping threshold in their region. Please view our Shipping policy for rates, delivery estimates, and shipping practices.

Shipping fees are applied to each individual auto refill created in your account. Products scheduled to ship together can be identified by a single order subtotal. Multiple auto refill orders with unique shipping dates and frequencies can be created, but each refill is subject to a shipping fee where applicable. 

Auto refill orders containing shelf-stable products are shipped with our standard shipping option and are delivered in 4-7 business days from the order date.

To minimize the risk of heat damage and ensure timely delivery, shipments containing one or more heat-sensitive products default to our priority option (US-only), which includes an additional cost. These shipments typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the order date, allowing for reduced time in transit and avoiding prolonged exposure to potentially warm and damaging environments. You can modify your delivery method on the Auto refills page.

Note:

Under the recommendation of our suppliers, not all heat-sensitive items ship with an ice pack as these products are manufactured to withstand time in transit and short-term heat exposure. Long-term storage continues to be the primary factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these products. Please refer to product labels for storage instructions.

Your shipping address

We’ll ship your order to the shipping address indicated under the Shipping address heading on the information page for your auto refill schedule. An address must be provided to activate a auto refill.

To find your shipping address on the iOS/Android app:

  1. Tap the Orders tab.
  2. Tap your upcoming auto refill order.
    Next auto refill.
  3. Tap Shipping address.

  4. Tap the address to remove or edit your existing shipping address.

  5. To add new address tap + to add new shipping address.

 

 

Note:

There is a 35-character limit for each line when entering your shipping address. If your address exceeds this limit, you may need to abbreviate parts of it.

 

Selecting a shipping frequency

We’ll ship orders following the shipping frequency selected. The default frequency is every 30 days (one month).

To modify the frequency of an existing auto refill:

  1. Tap Orders.
  2. Tap the auto refill order you’d like to update.

  3. Tap the Frequency button.
  4. In the modal, select your auto refill frequency.

Selecting a delivery method

We’ll ship orders following the shipping method selected. The default shipping method is standard for all shelf-stable items. If your order contains a heat-sensitive item, it’ll default to priority shipping (US-only).

To modify the delivery method:

  1. Tap Orders.
  2. Tap on Upcoming order.
    Your next auto refill order.
  3. Tap the auto refill order you’d like to update.
  4. Tap Shipping.
    Tap shipping.
  5. Select your delivery method and click Save.

Your payment method

Charges will be applied to the credit card selected under Payment method on the Auto refills page. You can delete or add credit cards from within the iOS/Android app. Note that charges can’t be transferred to an alternate payment method once an order is placed.

Adding a payment method

To add a new payment method for an auto refill in the iOS/Android app:

  1. Tap the Orders tab.
  2. Tap your upcoming auto refill order.

  3. Tap Payment method.
  4. Tap the + to add new payment method.

  5. Type the card information into the card field.
    Optional: Click the toggle for Same as shipping address if your card’s address is not the same as the order’s shipping address.
  6. Tap Add payment method.

Removing a payment method

To remove a payment method:

  1. Tap the Orders tab.
  2. Tap your upcoming auto refill order.Your next auto refill order.

  4. Tap Remove.

  2. Select +Add new payment method under the Payment method section.
  3. Fill in the required fields, then select Add new payment method to save your changes.

To remove a payment method:

  1. Expand the Payment method menu ( ).
  2. Click options next to the payment method you’re looking to remove.
  3. Click Delete in the dropdown.

After updating your payment method for an auto-refill

If an auto-refill order didn’t process due to a payment or address issue, updating your payment method won’t automatically retry the order.

To place the order:

  1. Go to Auto-refills in your account.
  2. Find the auto-refill that didn’t process.
  3. Select Order now to manually place the order.

If you don’t see an Order now option, the auto-refill may still be scheduled for a future date. In that case, you can either:

  • Wait for the next scheduled processing date, or
  • Update the next order date to place it sooner.

Note:

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can’t be reprocessed. You’ll need to place a new order instead.
