Tracking your order (patients and clients)

Tracking your order

As your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package(s). Tracking notifications are sent to the email address you use to log into your Fullscript account. You can also return to the Order history page in your account for tracking information. Find your order and click Track package to track your order on the courier’s website.

Orders will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS in the United States, and Canada Post in Canada. Orders are shipped within one business day, and orders placed before 3 PM EST typically ship the same day. Please refer to the delivery window displayed in the checkout at the time your order is placed for a delivery estimate.

Checking your order’s shipping status

In your Order history, find your the order you’re looking for and click Track package. This will open the shipment’s tracking history on the courier website, where you can see the progress of your package through the courier’s network.

Partial shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order couldn’t be fulfilled by a single warehouse or products in your order were out of stock at the time your order was fulfilled.

Shipment notification emails are sent to you every time a shipment leaves our warehouse. They list which products are on their way and include a Track my package button to help you track your order on the courier’s website.

These emails also communicate how many shipments we’re sending to fulfill your order with options to track each package that has shipped to date as they make their way to their destination.

For orders shipping within the US, products that are on backorder at the time your order is packed will ship as they become available. A shipping confirmation email will follow with the shipment’s tracking information.

Lost orders & other shipping errors

If you have concerns surrounding the whereabouts of your order, make sure to check its status and tracking history on the courier’s website. You can also check its status and tracking information on your Order history page by selecting the order number.

If there’s a shipping error with your order, please contact our Customer Success team for support.

Note:

Tracking information for orders heading to Puerto Rico or military addresses outside the continental United States may be inaccurate. If you encounter incorrect tracking details for such orders, please get in touch with our support team.
