On Fullscript, your Rupa Labshop becomes a Storefront: a shareable, patient-facing page where people buy the testing you've curated, much like the Labshop you know. Your panels and bundles come over automatically, so you're refreshing your storefront, not rebuilding it. A few things are better too: faster custom-fee payouts, a more polished page, and a more discreet fee at checkout. This article covers what transfers, what you'll set up again, and what happens to your old Labshop.
What transfers and what doesn't
Your panels and bundles transfer over automatically, so you can continue using the groupings you created in Rupa without needing to rebuild them on Fullscript.
Your Labshop configuration doesn't transfer. In Fullscript, you'll have an opportunity to refresh your storefront with additional fields to create a more polished experience by re-adding your:
- Curated selection of which individual tests and panels to feature
- Custom fees for tests and panels (optional)
- Patient-facing test descriptions
- Logo and store description
After you move, your Rupa account becomes view-only and your existing Labshop setup stays visible. You can reference your previous fees, descriptions, and curated tests as you set up your Fullscript storefront.
Before you start to recreate your storefront
Two things need to be in place first:
- Your account owner must be registered for labs. The owner can build the storefront or grant a team member access in Settings once registered for labs.
- You've opted into the authorization network. This doesn't affect how you plan to order for your other labs.
What happens to your Rupa Labshop
After you’ve completed your move, your Rupa account becomes view-only. At this time, any Labshops created under your Rupa account will become inactive, so they can no longer accept new orders. Orders already in progress will continue on Rupa for your patients, and you’ll be able to track the status and receive results in Fullscript.
Custom fees associated with your inactive Labshop
When you move to Fullscript and your Rupa account transitions to view-only, you’ll continue to have access to the Stripe Express account that was used for your Rupa custom fee payouts. There is no disruption in the payout process for your Rupa custom fees. Learn more about accessing and managing custom fees that are still processing on Rupa.
Redirect your inactive Labshop link
Your inactive Labshop link won't redirect to your Fullscript storefront automatically. Once you've completed setting up your new storefront, you can request a redirect by contacting welcomerupa@fullscript.com. For select accounts, Fullscript coordinates this as part of your move, and you can always request this directly from your account manager.
Once the redirect is active, anyone who lands on your old Labshop link will be directed to your new Fullscript storefront URL.
What's different on Fullscript
Storefronts isn't just Labshops on a new platform. We took this as a chance to build forward based on your feedback, so a few things work better than they did on Rupa:
- A more polished, on-brand experience. A modern page that helps you keep pace with the direct-to-consumer testing patients now expect, that’s ready in minutes.
- Faster payouts. Custom-fee payouts initiate when the requisition is generated, rather than after the patient finishes testing as on Rupa.
- A more discreet fee at checkout . Patients see one bundled price at checkout; your named fee appears only on the PDF receipt to keep checkout easy.
