Finding Rupa Health data in your provider account
Providers
When moving your Rupa Health account to Fullscript, essential history, data, and select settings are moved with you to help ensure a smooth handoff for providers, staff, and patients.
Below, you’ll find a summary of what’s coming with you—and where to find that information in your Fullscript account.
User and clinic profile data
This includes personal and clinic information that’s essential to your account. Below is what’s moving with you and where to find it in Fullscript.
- Clinic/store name and address: View or update this information in your Dispensary settings.
- Logo: Your logo is displayed in emails and on your patient welcome page. View or change these settings on the Patient welcome page.
- NPI and/or provided credential (license or certification): Stored in your account and visible under the Basic info page under Account settings.
- Primary provider’s account information: Review or update these details from Account page.
- Additional provider and staff accounts: These accounts will move to Fullscript with you after completing an account mapping step during the move for multi-provider clinics. Review all staff accounts on your Staff settings page.
Practice configuration and preferences
This includes your settings and custom configurations related to lab workflows and clinic operations. Here’s what’s coming with you and where to find or manage it in Fullscript.
- Lab account registration: Lab registration will be handled during your Fullscript account setup.
- Preferred phlebotomist: Your saved and assigned phlebotomy options will be maintained during the transition. View and manage preferred phlebotomists for specialty kits from Lab settings.
- Stock kits in office (setting): This purchase option is available on Fullscript as a general feature, available by default; there are no settings to manage. To view available kits and order wholesale, explore the Lab kits catalog.
Patient and lab order history
This includes all patient information and lab order records that move with your account. Here’s what to expect and where to find it on Fullscript.
- Patient accounts: All patient accounts and historical data are securely transferred during the move to Fullscript. This includes each patient’s full Rupa order history. You can view and manage this information from your Patient dashboard.
- Lab orders (all statuses): All lab orders—past, in-progress, and new—are carried over and fully manageable on Fullscript. Orders initiated on Rupa but completed after your transition will appear in both systems. You can track and manage all orders in the Lab orders dashboard.
Custom content and saved resources
This includes reusable content you’ve created on Rupa—moved to Fullscript to support continuity in your workflow.
- Favorites: All favorites are transferred for providers and staff, except for duplicates. You can view and manage your favorites in the Labs catalog or Product catalog.
- Bundles: All bundles are moved over, excluding duplicates. On Fullscript, these are called templates and can include lab panels, supplements, or both. View, manage, and build new templates from the Templates page.
- Saved text snippets: Your existing text snippets will be available in the Fullscript Plan builder. These appear during plan creation and are available to all linked providers or staff on the account—learn more.
Data and settings that won’t move to Fullscript
Some data types and features from Rupa aren’t moved during your transition. Here’s what to expect and what actions may be required:
- Practitioner-pay settings: These settings aren’t transferred but can be enabled when creating plans in Fullscript—learn more.
- Custom fees: Custom fee configurations are not moved. You will be guided through custom fee setup during your Fullscript account setup. Tor review or update custom fee settings, go to the Labs settings page.
- EHR integrations: Existing integrations can’t be transferred and you’ll need to reauthorize your EHR connection in Fullscript. Go to Integrations under Dispensary settings or explore our EHR integration support articles for step by step instructions.
- Results summary snippets: Not transferred. These were referred to as “Results visualization” on Rupa and Fullscript supports this through Lab interpretations, which include optimal ranges, summaries, and biomarker trends.
- Labshops solution: Rupa’s Labshops feature (co-branded test storefronts) is not available on Fullscript at this time. We’re actively exploring options to support this type of functionality in the future.
