Autoship With Fullscript
Subscribe your favorite products to Autoship to have orders placed automatically based on a shipping frequency of your choosing.

All shelf-stable products will be shipped with our standard shipping option and arrive within 4-7 business days from your order date.
Subscriptions containing heat-sensitive items will be shipped priority, for arrival in 1-3 business days to reduce time in transit and avoid long-term exposure to potentially warm and damaging environments.

We'll ship your order to the shipping address provided on your Account page. If an address hasn't been provided, your order will ship to the last used shipping address.
Update your shipping address from the Account page.
Your order will ship based on the frequency selected. By choosing a frequency of two weeks, your first order will ship two weeks from the initial creation date.
Available shipping frequencies include:
- Every two weeks
- Every three weeks
- Every four weeks
- Every six weeks
- Every two months
- Every three months
- Every four months
- and Every six months!
At this time, we cannot accommodate multiple autoshipments with varying shipment frequencies.
Note: An order won't be placed on the day your subscription is activated.
You must have at least one saved credit card on your account to subscribe to autoship. Charges will be applied to your last-used payment method and charged when your order is placed.

Tip! View your customer details in the Account page, accessible by selecting the arrow beside your name in the bottom left side of your screen.
New payment methods
New cards can only be saved to your account when an order is placed. If you'd like to use a new card, remove your saved payment method from your Account details, and we'll contact you on your next order date.
Tip! You may also place an order with your new card before your next ship date then contact our Customer Success team to defer your scheduled order to a later date.
Out of stock products
Backordered products (US orders only) will be charged at the time your order is placed, but will be shipped out separately when the product(s) come back in stock. Backordered products that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded upon request.
Products with an Unavailable status cannot be included in your order.
Note: Backordered products that are not fulfilled within 21 calendar days will be canceled and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Backorders are not supported for orders shipping within Canada.
Emails & notifications
When enrolled for autoshipments, you can expect to receive the following email communications:
Reminders are sent one week before your next ship date.
Order confirmation emails are sent when your order is placed. It will include your order number, products ordered, and total charges.
Received when your order has left our warehouse, this notification will include your tracking details so you can monitor your order while in transit.
Note: We may send your order in multiple shipments if all products cannot be sent from a single warehouse.
Our customer success team
You may hear from one of our agents if something went wrong while placing your order. If our team needs to speak with you, we'll reach out by email first, and reach out by phone if we haven't heard back from you.
Your first autoshipment
✔ Your first autoship order is not placed immediately.
✔ We'll send you a reminder email one week before your first ship date, including a summary of subscribed products and your order total.
✔ Your payment method is charged the day we place the order.
✔ An automated confirmation email including a summary of the order and affiliated charges will be sent every time an order is placed.
✔ You can modify your subscription before your order ships from the Autoship page in your account. Changes made to products and quantities will not impact your ship date.
