What it means to be view-only on Rupa
Providers
When your Rupa Health provider account transitions to view-only, you’ll retain limited access to past activity but can no longer place new orders from the Rupa Health platform. This article covers what view-only mode includes, how long you’ll have full access if you don’t move your account, and what to do next.
Transition timeline and window
Your window to make the move will close 14 days after your practice’s account becomes eligible. After that period, your practice’s account will convert to ‘view-only’ and you’ll need to complete the move to Fullscript to order new labs. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to access your Rupa account to view historical orders, access financial information, download results, and seamlessly transition all of this information to Fullscript when you’re ready. You’ll need to move to Fullscript to order any new lab tests.
What to expect in ‘view-only’ Rupa accounts
As part of your move to Fullscript, we’ll seamlessly transfer your account data so you can resume your testing workflows. If you choose to, you can continue to access your Rupa account to view historical orders, access financial information, and download results.
Here’s what you’ll see when logged into your Rupa account when it turns view-only:
