Canceling a supplement plan
Overview
Supplement plans can be canceled if they're no longer applicable to a patient. Once canceled, the plan is removed from the patient's account immediately and can't be reactivated. However, canceled plans will continue to be accessible to practitioners in the dispensary. Practitioners and clerks can search for canceled plans within patient profiles.
Note: Patients can continue to order products from canceled plans from their order history (if previously ordered) or the catalog directly (depending on your catalog permissions).
