Overview
Give your patients access to high-quality supplements without an individual supplement plan or appointment with multi-patient plans (a.k.a. protocols) — an easy way to grow your practice that supports one-to-many care.
Sharing multi-patient plans or protocols with all patients
Multi-patient plans allow practitioners to share unique supplement plans with their patients without needing to personalize each plan for every patient. This helps practitioners save time and support one-to-many care.
To share a multi-patient plan with all patients:
- Click Build plan.
- Select Multi-patient plan.
- Build the supplement plan. Personalize supplement plans by adding products, setting dosage instructions, attaching resources, and applying a message snippet.
Tip! Apply a template of your own or one of 40+ templates created by Fullscript's own Integrative Medical Advisory team.
- Give your multi-patient plan a name.
- Ensure that access settings for the plan are set to Entire dispensary.
- Click Publish plan.
Tip! If you only want to share your multi-patient plan with the patients assigned to you and not with the entire dispensary, select Only my patients in the Access modal.
Sharing multi-patient plans or protocols with select patients
You can share supplement plans with many (select) patients in just a few clicks with multi-patient plans using the same plan builder you're used to. This is useful for offering the same supplement plans to patients with similar wellness goals and recommending general wellness products, helping to save time compared to writing individual plans.
To share a multi-patient plan with select patients:
- Click Build plan.
- Select Multi-patient plan.
- Build the supplement plan. Remember to include all necessary products, resources, and message snippets, and to set product dosage instructions.
Tip! You can also apply a template to save time and promote consistent care for all your patients.
- Give your multi-patient plan a name.
- Set the access settings to Specific patients, then use the search bar to search and select patients to share the supplement plan with. Then click Save.
Tip! Keep Send an email notification to my patients enabled to lead patients to new plans available in their accounts. Once published, patients can access these plans from the Community plans page in their accounts.
- Click Publish plan.
Sharing multi-patient plans or public protocols externally (via URL)
Link your multi-patient plans to emails, newsletters, or your website to share them with your patient list outside of Fullscript. Patients without an account can follow these links to sign up and order through your dispensary. Existing patients are prompted to log into their accounts to view and order products from shared plans.
To copy a multi-patient plan's URL to share outside of Fullscript:
- Hover over the Plans tab, then click Shared plans.
- Click the multi-patient plan that you would like to share via URL.
- In the drawer, click the Modify access tab.
- At the bottom of the drawer, click Copy link.
Sharing multi-patient plans or protocols as a sub-practitioner
As a sub-practitioner in a dispensary, your ability to share multi-patient plans will be affected by the Global patient access settings managed by the dispensary owner.
By default, global patient access is turned on, and sub-practitioners can share multi-patient plans with the entire dispensary, with all of their own patients, or with specific patients.
If global patient access is turned off, you can only share multi-patient plans with patients assigned to you.
The patient experience
Patients can view your shared multi-patient plans in the Community plans tab in their accounts. When viewing multi-patient plans (or, for them, community plans), patients can see recommended products and their descriptions, download attachments, and read custom messages. They'll then be able to add products to their cart and place an order. Edits to multi-patient plans will update the community plan in patient accounts immediately.
