Priority shipping will be temporarily unavailable from November 24th-28th when Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales across North America are underway. During this time, patient orders will ship with our standard shipping option for delivery in 4-7 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship.
Historically, this order period has been known to significantly increase order volume impacting our warehouses and couriers. We’ve made this decision to set realistic delivery expectations with our customers that allow for possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Patient orders will be fulfilled in the order they're placed. You can expect a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Note: A shipping service exception will be made for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii to avoid lengthy delivery times. Please see shipping options in checkout for more details.

Cancellations
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we're often unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted.
Returns
Products must be unopened, purchased within the last 30 days, and shelf-stable (not heat-sensitive) to be eligible for return. Please complete this form to request your return information. See Refunds & Returns for more details.

Heat-sensitive products
Certain products in the Fullscript catalog are heat-sensitive, such as some probiotics and fish oils. These items can be perishable and are not eligible for return under our return policy. Ice packs shipped with these products may arrive warm or melted but don't be alarmed. The pack usually stays cooler than outside conditions and continues to help keep your heat-sensitive product cooler, even after it melts.
While these products may be labeled as heat-sensitive, they are not heat-intolerant. Probiotics are often made to compensate for any bacteria losses during transit. This is to ensure the product you receive is every bit as effective despite any temperature changes. Please see Heat-Sensitive products for more information.
Products are manufactured to withstand time in transit, including the time it takes for products to reach our warehouses, and make a second trip to our customers. Long-term storage continues to be the primary factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these products. Please refer to the product label for supplier storage instructions.

Autoship order shipping rates
Shipping fees apply to each autoship order created in your account. To be eligible for free shipping, orders must meet the free shipping threshold in your region. Please refer to the tables below for applicable shipping rates.
Items with a shared next order date are processed as a single order. Though these orders may be received in multiple shipments, a single shipping fee is applied (when applicable).
Multiple autoship orders with unique next order dates can be created; each autoship order is subject to a shipping fee where applicable.
Tip! Autoship orders are flexible to suit your wellness routine. Use the Reschedule order option to align order dates for autoship orders.
Autoship orders processing during Black Friday Cyber Monday period
Significant order volume is expected between November 24th-28th while Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are underway across the United States. All US autoship orders processed during this time (except those destined for HI or AK) will ship with our standard option and deliver in 4-7 business days. Heat-sensitive products only ship with ice packs if deemed necessary by our brand partners. Many products don't require this extra precaution as products are manufactured to withstand time in transit, including the time it takes for products to reach our warehouses and make a second trip to our customers. Long-term storage continues to be the primary factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these products.
