You can modify auto refills at any time from the Auto refills page in your account. It’s important to note that changes won’t affect confirmed orders. Additionally, as we prioritize filling orders as quickly as possible, we can’t cancel or change an order once it’s placed.
When you set up auto-refill, you acknowledge and agree that your practitioner is authorized to automatically charge you for orders based on your selected delivery schedule, until you cancel. Read more about our Auto refill Terms and Conditions.
Automatically combined auto refills
Fullscript may automatically combine your upcoming auto refill orders to help you receive products in fewer shipments. If two or more upcoming orders are scheduled within 7 days of each other, the later orders move to the earliest scheduled date so they can ship together.
This change only applies to that upcoming shipment. Your products, quantities, and auto refill frequencies stay the same. After the combined order ships, your products resume their existing frequencies.
Automatically combined orders display a Combined badge on the Auto refills page. Select the badge to see more information about why your order dates changed.
Restore your original order dates
If you don’t want your automatically combined orders to ship together, you can restore their original dates until the combined order ships:
- Go to the Auto refills page.
- Find the combined orders.
- Select Restore dates.
Once the order ships, you can no longer restore the original dates.
Consolidate your auto refills manually
You can reschedule an auto refill to any date. It doesn’t have to align with another scheduled order.

If you need to cancel an auto refill, it’s quick and easy. Just make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid charges. You can cancel individual products or your entire refill schedule anytime.
