We’ll begin moving practitioners and their patients from Wellevate to Fullscript starting in March and April of 2023. No action is needed from you until you hear from us with next steps.
Overview: Moving from Wellevate to Fullscript
The Wellevate platform and Wellevate mobile app is sunsetting in late 2023. Throughout the year, we'll be contacting Wellevate practitioners and supporting them and their patients to join Fullscript.
You'll have 14 days to move to Fullscript after receiving an email invitation or seeing the 'Connect to Fullscript!' banner in Wellevate. You can continue using Wellevate as normal until then, but your account will turn to a read-only state once this 14-day period ends.
With Fullscript, you'll get a continuous but consolidated experience and still have access to the high-quality products you need to stay consistent with your wellness journey at the prices you’re used to. You'll also have access to all of your Wellevate data in Fullscript, should you choose to connect your accounts following a secure and low-effort connection process.
Note: When creating your Fullscript account, you'll need to use the same email address you used on Wellevate so we can connect your accounts and sync your data successfully.
Moving your account to Fullscript
Moving your Wellevate history over into a consolidated Fullscript account is a fast, secure process. All you need to do is verify your email address, then create an account or log into your existing Fullscript account.
If you've never used Fullscript before, we'll guide you through setting up a Fullscript account using your Wellevate email, all you need to do is set a password. If you already have a Fullscript patient account, you'll have the option to connect your accounts to access all of your history in a single place, inside Fullscript.

Tip! Fullscript supports multiple patient accounts sharing the same email address. When setting up an additional patient account, you'll have the option to switch between accounts to access prescriptions or recommendations from different practitioners. Refer to dispensary names on the 'switch account' page to navigate your accounts.
New patients — moving your account to Fullscript
When your practitioner migrates to Fullscript, we'll send an invitation to join them to the email address you use to sign in to Wellevate. Click the button in the email to go to your practitioner's landing page on Fullscript and create your account. You’ll have 14 days to move to Fullscript before your Wellevate account turns to a read-only state and you lose the ability to order or reorder.
If you missed the email and it's time for you to move to Fullscript, we'll also display a banner in your Wellevate account, which you can click through to re-send the email invitation to your inbox.
Tip! Need help finding an email in your inbox? You can check your inbox for an invite sent from wellevate@hello.emersonecologics.com or log into your Wellevate account to look for the banner and start the process from there.
Existing patients on Fullscript — connecting your Wellevate account
If you already have a patient account on Fullscript, you can choose to import your history to Fullscript if the accounts share the same email address. If they don't, you'll be setting up a new account using the same email address you used to log into Wellevate.

Accessing your Wellevate history in Fullscript
Once your data has been synced successfully, you'll find the following data in your Fullscript:
- Recommendations (or prescriptions)
- Order history
- Shared protocols
- Shipping address
- Your practitioner's favorites (if access has been granted by your practitioner)
Invoices and tracking information will not be available in Fullscript. You can continue to log into Wellevate to find tracking information for undelivered orders and download past invoices.
As you navigate your order history and prescriptions/recommendations pages, you will see a filter to toggle between your Fullscript and Wellevate history (if history exists).

Tip! With additional terminology options available to practitioners in Fullscript, your supplement recommendations may be labeled as ‘prescriptions’.
Rescheduling Auto-refills with Autoship
Autoship is a flexible, automated refill service that allows you to schedule recurring orders, making it easier to follow your supplement plan, without adding to your to-do list.
