Switching between linked accounts
Patients
Providers
If you have more than one Fullscript account, you can switch between them without signing out. This is helpful if you use different accounts for separate clinics or are connected to multiple providers.
You can only switch between accounts that are linked to the same email address. If you don’t see the Switch accounts option, your accounts may use different emails. Check your inbox for invitations and try signing in with another email if needed.
Switching between linked patient accounts
If you’ve joined Fullscript through more than one provider, your accounts are automatically linked under the same email. This lets you use one login to access each account.
Each account is managed by a different provider, so your orders, plans, and discounts stay separate. You’ll only see the information tied to the selected account, and orders or discounts can’t be combined across accounts.
To switch to another account in the mobile app:
- Click the dispensary icon ( ) in the upper left hand corner.

Finding a linked account on the account selection page
Accounts are typically named after a practitioner or the name of the clinic that the practitioner is associated with. Select one of your accounts to view plans sent by a practitioner from that dispensary or practice. Order history in your accounts will be limited to the order activity of the selected dispensary only.

The account selection page is displayed when multiple accounts are linked with a single email address. This image is the desktop version of that page.

To help you navigate your linked accounts, each one is labeled as Practitioner, Clerk, Patient, or Client. Practitioner and clerk accounts display your first and last name as set in your account settings. Patient accounts show either Patient or Client (depending on the dispensary’s terminology settings) along with the name of the dispensary.
