Connecting your wearable device

Wearables are available on Fullscript so you can track your health and share data with your provider. When you connect a device like Oura Ring, your provider can review trends such as sleep, activity, and recovery to support your care.

Purchase Oura Ring through Fullscript

You can purchase Oura Ring in two ways:

  • From your provider’s supplement plan or recommendation
  • From the Fullscript catalog

Connect your Oura Ring

You can connect your wearable from your account settings in the Fullscript mobile app.

  1. Open the Fullscript mobile app
  2. Go to My account
  3. Tap Apps & devices
  4. Select Oura Ring
  5. Tap Connect and complete the secure authorization flow

    Once connected, your data will sync to your account and be available to your provider.

Share data with your provider

If you choose to connect your Oura Ring:

  • Your data syncs to your Fullscript account
  • Your provider can review trends in your profile
  • This data can be used to support your plan

This can help your provider understand how your daily habits affect your health.

Stay supported with more personalized care

Sharing wearable data helps your provider make more informed decisions and support you between visits. They can adjust your supplement plan over time, offer guidance based on your trends, and focus appointments on what matters most—so your care stays aligned with your needs.

With access to your health trends, your provider can also review your progress between appointments, suggest updates without waiting for your next visit, and help you stay on track with your plan.

How to disconnect a wearable

You can disconnect your device at any time to stop sharing data.

  1. Under my account, go to Apps & devices
  2. Select the connected device.
  3. Choose Disconnect/Unlink.

Your choice and privacy

Connecting your Oura Ring is optional. You decide if and when to share your data with your provider.
