Connecting your wearable device
Patients
Patients can connect wearable devices to Fullscript to share health data with their provider. When connected, providers can review trends like sleep, activity, stress, and recovery directly in the patient profile to support more informed conversations and care decisions.
Wearable data is designed to support whole person care and should be used alongside clinical judgment. It isn’t intended for diagnosis or emergency monitoring.
Supported wearable devices
Patients can currently connect:
- Oura Ring
- Apple Watch through Apple Health
Purchase a wearable through Fullscript
Patients can purchase Oura Ring:
- From a provider’s supplement plan or recommendation
- Directly from the Fullscript catalog
Connect a wearable device
Patients can connect wearable devices directly in the Fullscript mobile app.
- Open the Fullscript mobile app.
- Go to My account.

- Tap Apps & devices.

- Tap the wearable device you’d like to connect.

- Tap Connect and complete the secure authorization flow.

Once connected, wearable data syncs to the patient account and becomes available to the provider based on granted permissions.
What providers can see
When a patient connects a wearable device and chooses to share data, providers can review wearable insights directly in the patient profile.
Depending on the device and permissions enabled, providers may be able to view:
- Sleep trends
- Activity data
- Stress insights
- Recovery metrics
- Health and wellness patterns over time

Providers can use wearable insights to:
- Support patients between visits with more informed guidance
- Monitor trends between appointments
- Support conversations about lifestyle habits
- Adjust supplement plans based on observed patterns
- Better understand changes in patient routines over time
Disconnect a wearable device
Patients can disconnect a wearable device at any time to stop sharing data.
- Open the Fullscript mobile app.
- Go to My account.
- Tap Apps & devices.
- Select the connected device.
- Choose Disconnect.

Your choice and privacy
Connecting a wearable device is optional. Patients decide if and when to share wearable data with their provider.
