Orders placed with our standard shipping method shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will arrive in 10-13 business days. Priority shipping is currently unavailable for orders shipping to Puerto Rico.

International shipping
Fullscript can only send shipments to locations within the US or Canada, or to US military addresses via USPS. International shipping is not available, and we don’t support freight forwarding cross-border.
Same-day shipping deadline
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 pm ET are shipped same-day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.
Cancellations
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.
Returns
Products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days to be eligible for return. Please click here to start your return request with our chatbot and our team will get back to you with your return information. Return shipping labels aren’t provided. See Refunds & Returns for more details.
Missing and damaged shipments or products

Heat-sensitive products
Certain products, including some probiotics and fish oils, are heat-sensitive. While these items are sensitive to temperature changes, they are designed to remain effective, even if exposed to some fluctuations during transit.
Only some heat-sensitive products ship with a cold pack. Cold packs may not arrive frozen, but don’t be alarmed— they help keep the product cooler than outside conditions even after thawing.
Although labeled as heat-sensitive, these products are made to compensate for any potential losses during shipping, ensuring the product remains effective. Long-term storage is still the key factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these items. Please refer to the product label for specific storage instructions.

For even more stability during the summer or when shipping to a warmer climate, we offer priority shipping (1-3 business days) to get products to you as quickly as possible.
Auto refill order shipping rates
Shipping fees are applied to each auto refill created in your account. Products scheduled to ship together can be identified by a single order subtotal. Multiple auto refill orders with unique shipping dates and frequencies can be created, but each refill is subject to a shipping fee where applicable.
To be eligible for free shipping, individual orders must meet the free shipping threshold in your region. Please refer to the tables below for applicable shipping rates.

Heat-sensitive products may ship with ice packs depending on packaging requirements communicated by our brand partners, but many products don’t require this extra precaution. Products are manufactured to withstand time in transit, including the time it takes for products to reach our warehouses and make a second trip to our customers. Long-term storage continues to be the primary factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these products.
