Your Fullscript storefront is where you customize how patients browse, shop, and engage with your practice online. This article explains how to customize your storefront, manage its settings, and control what patients see when they visit.
From My storefront > Preferences, you can update your branding, preview your storefront, control who can access it, manage discounts, choose which products patients can browse, configure patient promotions, and generate website buttons for your practice website. You'll also find links to more detailed articles for each setting where available.
If you're new to storefronts, start with Getting started with your Fullscript storefront to learn how storefronts work and what patients experience when they visit.

Storefront Visibility
By default, your storefront is public, allowing anyone with a shared storefront link to browse your curated content before creating an account.
When your storefront is public:
- Visitors can browse your published collections and protocols without signing in.
- Visitors can also view individual products shared through direct links.
- Visitors still need a Fullscript account before they can purchase products or browse the full Fullscript catalog.
If you'd rather limit access, you can make your storefront private.
When your storefront is private:
- Visitors must sign in before viewing your storefront.
- Only patients with Fullscript accounts can browse your shared content.
Branding
Personalize your storefront so patients can easily recognize your practice.
In Branding, you can update your:
- Dispensary name
- Storefront URL
- Logo
The sections below explain each option.
Dispensary name
Your dispensary name appears throughout your storefront and in patient communications. Choose a name that's recognizable to your patients and reflects your practice.
Storefront URL
Your storefront URL is the link you'll share with patients through your:
- Website
- Email signature
- Social media
- Newsletters
- QR codes
Choose a URL that's easy for patients to recognize and remember.
While you can change your storefront URL at any time, we recommend doing so before sharing it with patients. Previously shared links may no longer take patients to your storefront.
Logo
Uploading your logo creates a consistent brand experience across your storefront and patient emails.
If you don't upload a logo, Fullscript displays your practice name instead.
If your file isn’t accepted, double-check the file type (must be .JPG or .PNG) and file size (max 2mb), or try resizing the photo to a natural size no larger than a 160 pixel height and 360 pixel width.
Preview your welcome page
When you’re finished, select Preview welcome page to view your welcome page. Previewing your welcome page lets you confirm that your branding and storefront information appear the way you expect before sharing it with patients.
When finished, click I’m done, or click Back to edit to make more changes.
After you've customized your branding, you can configure how patients shop on your storefront.
Discounts
Offer patients a consistent discount on eligible supplements purchased through your storefront.
You can update your storefront discount at any time.
Catalog
Choose which products patients can browse when they visit your storefront.
Catalog settings help you control the shopping experience while still allowing patients to purchase products you've recommended.
Patient promotions
Choose whether your patients can participate in eligible Fullscript promotions.
Patient promotions are managed separately from the discounts you offer through your storefront.
Website buttons
Generate buttons you can add to your website to make it easier for patients to visit your Fullscript storefront.
Website buttons let you direct patients to your storefront from your practice website without having to copy and paste links manually.
Next steps
Once your storefront is set up, create collections and protocols to help patients browse your recommendations and discover products that fit their needs.
To get started:
- Managing product collections in your patient storefront – Group related supplements into browsable categories so patients can easily explore products by health goal or recommendation.
- Managing supplement protocols in your patient storefront – Organize supplement recommendations into shareable plans that help patients understand which supplements to take together.
Once you've created your collections and protocols, you're ready to start sharing your storefront with patients.
