Managing your Fullscript storefront

Providers

Your Fullscript storefront is where you customize how patients browse, shop, and engage with your practice online. This article explains how to customize your storefront, manage its settings, and control what patients see when they visit.

From My storefront > Preferences, you can update your branding, manage discounts, configure patient promotions, and generate website buttons. In Privacy and controls, you can manage storefront access, choose which products patients can browse, and preview your storefront.

If you're new to storefronts, start with Getting started with your Fullscript storefront to learn how storefronts work and what patients experience when they visit.

Storefront Visibility

By default, your storefront is public, allowing anyone with a shared storefront link to browse your curated content before creating an account.

When your storefront is public:

  • Visitors can browse your published collections and protocols without signing in.
  • Visitors can also view individual products shared through direct links.
  • Visitors still need a Fullscript account before they can purchase products or browse the full Fullscript catalog.

If you'd rather limit access, you can make your storefront private.

When your storefront is private:

  • Visitors must sign in before viewing your storefront.
  • Only patients with Fullscript accounts can browse your shared content.

To change your storefront visibility, go to My storefront > Preferences > Privacy and controls and turn Public storefront on or off. Select Save changes to save your updates.

Branding

Personalize your storefront so patients can easily recognize your practice.

From My storefront > Preferences > Branding, store owners can customize their storefront details, hero content, and appearance. Only the store owner can make and save changes to branding.

In Branding, you can update your:

  • Clinic details: Practice name and storefront URL
  • Hero content: Tagline, storefront welcome message, website, link label, booking link, and up to five focus areas.
  • Appearance: Clinic logo and storefront color.
  • Store owner profile: Choose whether to feature your store owner profile on the storefront. Profile information is pulled from your account profile.

Choose from the available preset storefront colors to personalize the look of your storefront. Your storefront and Journeys website share the same color theme, so changing your storefront color also changes the colors on your Journeys pages.

Use the live previews to see how your storefront content and profile will appear before saving.

For more details about each option, go to Branding settings.

Tip!

If you change your storefront URL, links you've previously shared will continue to direct patients to your storefront.

Discounts

Offer patients a consistent discount on eligible supplements purchased through your storefront.

You can update your storefront discount at any time.
