Your patient landing page
Your Fullscript landing page is unique to your dispensary and can be customized in a few ways to showcase your personal brand. Those with access to your landing page URL can create a patient/client account. As new patients create their accounts, we remind them to bookmark your landing page so that they can return to your dispensary to refill their prescriptions before they run out.
You can personalize your landing page with:
- a dispensary name that is familiar to your patients
- a recognizable logo
- a custom landing page URL
To make these edits, select Your landing page from your Dispensary settings.

The name of your dispensary can be customized to reflect the name of your business or, if you're the only prescribing/recommending practitioner, it can simply be your name. By default, the name of the dispensary will reflect the first and last name of the account owner.
Your logo, if added, will appear on your landing page and in any email communications patients receive including new prescriptions, order notifications, and refill reminders.
Those with access to your dispensary URL can create a patient ordering account on their own! A URL will be generated for you when the store is activated and can be customized to compliment your dispensary name.
Note: URLs should be a combination of letters and numbers only. Including special characters will result in access issues.
How to change your landing page URL and dispensary name
To make a change to the name or URL of your dispensary simply edit the desired field and select the corresponding Save icon as shown below

Warning! The landing page URL can be changed at any time, but we highly recommend against it as patients attempting to access the previous landing page will not be redirected to the new page.
Adding your logo
If you choose to upload a logo, that logo will be presented on your landing page and in the header of email notifications sent to patients such as prescription updates, order notifications, and refill reminders.
To upload or replace a logo:
- Go to Customize Landing Page
- Hover over the logo area and click Upload a Logo
- Select a file of your logo
- Crop as needed and select Crop photo
Select Upload a logo and choose a file from your computer to use as your dispensary logo.
Tip! Use a .jpg or .png file under 2mb in size. If your file isn't accepted, try resizing the photo to no larger than a 160 pixel height and 360 pixel width.
Choose your background
Choose from one of the eight available backgrounds that best reflects your brand! Simply select one of the images to apply the background to your landing page. This background will be visible to patients logging in or signing up from your dispensary landing page.
Preview your landing page
Before leaving the page, preview your customized landing page by selecting Preview, then I'm Done to go back to your account's homepage.

Patient experience: Self sign-up & logging in
Patients accessing your landing page will have the option to log in to an existing account or create a new account - dependent on whether the email entered is associated with an existing account.

Tip! Sending a prescription to a patient sends an email that will direct them to your landing page to activate their account, or log in to an existing account.
