The shipping rates below apply to wholesale orders placed by dispensary owners and affiliated practitioners. Wholesale is available to US dispensaries only.

Order cutoff and processing times
Orders placed before 3pm EST on business days ship same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.
Shipping address guidelines
Wholesale purchases are typically intended for resale to your patients and clients through your clinic or office. To ensure products are being distributed in alignment with our goals and brand requirements, these orders should be shipped to a verified healthcare practice or business.
Cancellations
Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we’re often unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.
Holiday shipping expectations
Holiday shipping volumes are higher than usual, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays. We’ll keep you updated on any specific delays as we learn more.
Returns
If you need to return any products you have purchased from Fullscript, give us a call or submit a return request, and we’ll get the process started.

Shipping heat-sensitive products
Certain products, including some probiotics and fish oils, are heat-sensitive. While these items are sensitive to temperature changes, they are designed to remain effective, even if exposed to some fluctuations during transit.
Only some heat-sensitive products ship with a cold pack. Cold packs may not arrive frozen, but don’t be alarmed— they help keep the product cooler than outside conditions even after thawing.
Although labeled as heat-sensitive, these products are made to compensate for any potential losses during shipping, ensuring the product remains effective. Long-term storage is still the key factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these items. Please refer to the product label for specific storage instructions.
We also offer priority shipping (2 business days) to get products to you as quickly as possible.
