Fulfilling your order and possible partial shipments

Fulfilling your order

We make every effort to get your shipments to you in as few shipments as possible. Inventory availability may require multiple shipments to fulfill your entire order. As shipments leave our warehouses, tracking information is delivered to your email inbox and populated on your Order history page so you can track your shipments while they’re in transit.

When to expect multiple (split/partial) shipments

All in-stock products are expected to arrive within the estimated delivery window displayed at checkout, even when shipped separately from multiple locations.

Orders shipping within the United States

Fullscript currently fulfills orders out of five fulfillment centers — Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Virginia, and Kansas. We do our best to fulfill orders from the nearest fulfillment center, however; situations may arise where a product may not be available at the closest warehouse, but it’s available at the secondary warehouse. This is a common contributor to split or multiple shipments.

Orders shipping within Canada

Canadian orders are fulfilled by a single warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. Most orders will arrive in a single shipment.

Backorders and partial shipments (US orders only)

Partial shipments occur in cases of out of stock (i.e., backordered) products. To avoid interruptions to plan adherence or in-office dispensing, we ship all in-stock items immediately and fulfill any out of stock products later when stock is available. Items that can’t be fulfilled within 21 calendar days are canceled and automatically refunded to the original payment method.

An email is sent for each shipment released from the warehouse detailing the contents of the package. Similarly, necessary cancelations trigger a refund confirmation email. No additional shipping fees apply for partial shipments.

Confirming your order will be delivered in multiple shipments

Log in and refer to your order by going to your Order history page (patients and clients) or Wholesale orders page (practitioners and staff) to check for the following:

  • Multiple tracking numbers. This confirms items are shipping in multiple packages. Check each link for the whereabouts of each package.
  • A Partially shipped label beneath your order number. This confirms some items are yet to be fulfilled, and you can expect items to arrive in multiple shipments.
  • A Backordered label on products you haven’t received. This confirms an item is on backorder, and you can expect it to ship when it’s back in stock.

Suspected missing items

If you suspect an item is missing from your order, review your order in your order history and shipping confirmation emails first to confirm the item isn’t shipping separately.

If the item you’re missing isn’t pending to ship, you can request a replacement.
