Canada Post strike

Patients

Canada Post is on strike following the federal government’s announcement of reforms to the postal service. During the strike, we’ll ship Canadian orders with Purolator or UPS. PO boxes aren’t eligible for delivery, as only Canada Post can deliver to them. You may see delays as networks adjust.

We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need help updating your address.

How the strike impacts your Fullscript orders

We’ve made a handful of changes following the service disruption to keep you on track with your plans:

  • Canadian orders will ship via Purolator and UPS to help mitigate the risk of delays or lost packages.
  • Orders shipped with Canada Post before the strike are still expected to be delivered, but may see delays. Monitor your tracking and contact our support team if the shipment appears to have stalled.
  • PO box addresses are temporarily ineligible for delivery, as only Canada Post can access them. Entering a physical address that can accept deliveries from Purolator or UPS is recommended.
  • Priority shipping is temporarily disabled in Canada as we can’t guarantee the 1–3 business day delivery window with our courier partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore this option as soon as possible.

Note:

Any auto refills currently set to ship with priority shipping will default to standard shipping and pricing. If your auto refill is set up to ship to a Canadian PO box, we recommend updating it to a physical address that can accept deliveries from Purolator or UPS.
