Wholesale order history and invoices

Your wholesale history

To navigate to your wholesale order history:

1. Click Shop wholesale in the navigation bar.
2. Click Orders.

Filtering order history

You can filter past orders by practitioner or date to quickly find what you’re looking for.

Searching by practitioner

If multiple practitioners place wholesale orders through the dispensary:

1. Click the Order placed filter.
2. Select a specific practitioner from the drop-down menu.

Search by date

To find an order by date:

1. Click All dates.
2. Select a specific month and/or year.

Sorting your order history

By default, wholesale order history is sorted by most recent orders first. To select a different sort:

1. Click Sort: Most recent to open sorting options.
2. Choose a different sort method from the dropdown menu.

Viewing and repeating a past order

To view and repeat a past order from your order history:

1. Click an order to open its details.
2. Click Place order again to add all products and quantities to your cart, or Add to cart to add specific products.

Tracking details

To track an order:

1. Go to an order’s details.
2. Click Track order.

Invoices

To download an invoice:

1. Go to an order’s details.
2. Click Download.
3. Then, select Invoice to save a PDF copy to your device.

Your Natural Partners order history

If you imported your Natural Partners order history before March 30, 2021, you can still access it:

1. Go to the Wholesale orders page.
2. Click the Order placed by filter.
3. Select At Natural Partners.
