Updating account information
In your account settings, you can modify your account details including your name, email, password, saved payment methods, shipping address, mobile phone number, and profile picture.
Note: Entering a shipping address will autofill the address during checkout. It's also the address we'll ship your Autoship orders to if activated in your account.
To get to the My account page:
- Select your name from the top right-hand corner, then click My account. On mobile devices, tap the menu ( ) first, select your name, then Account.
- Update field(s) and select Update. Changes to your email address will also require your password.
Tip! By entering your mobile phone number, you'll receive new treatment plan alerts right to your phone via SMS message.
Entering your shipping address in your My Account page will autofill the address at checkout. If the address is updated during checkout, the most recent shipping address will be saved for future ordering.
However, you can update the address here at any time so it's saved for your next order. For example, if subscribed to autoship, you can update the shipping address for your next autoship order in your My Account page.
Managing communication preferences
Click Manage preferences to tell us which emails you want to receive from Fullscript. See Communication preferences to learn more.
Select Manage preferences to adjust your Communication preferences.
Removing saved credit cards
To remove a credit card from your account:
- From the My account page, scroll down to the Credit cards heading.
- Hover over a card and click Remove.
Select Remove to delete the card on file.
Tip! New payment methods can only be added while placing a new order. If you need to update the payment method tied to your autoship subscription, contact our Customer Success team at least one day before your next ship date.
