About your shopping cart
Your shopping cart is unique to your patient account. If you have multiple patient accounts linked by a single email address, items in your cart won't carry over to the shopping cart in another account when you switch between your accounts.
Why can't I add products from separate patient accounts and place a single order?
If you have multiple healthcare providers that have prescribed or recommended products to you, you may need to place multiple orders to fill them and adhere to your treatment plans.
This is because catalog access permissions are customized by your practitioner (the owner of the dispensary) meaning some products aren't available to purchase from every dispensary. Additionally, there are restrictions in place by our brand partners that limit access to their products based on the credentials provided by your practitioner. This too means access to products across dispensaries is inconsistent.
Free shipping is available for every order you place, but the minimum cart amount, dependent on your location, must be met by each order to qualify.
Tip! Cart minimums are calculated after savings (discounts) and before applicable taxes and shipping fees. Free shipping is applied automatically for US orders with a $50 cart minimum and Canadian orders with a $150 cart minimum.
Adding products to your cart
You can add products to your cart from your active treatment plans (your prescriptions or recommendations), the Catalog, and/or your order history to include them in your next order. As you browse available products, click Add to cart to start assembling your order.
Select Add to cart to add products to your cart.
Tip! Use the + / - selectors to customize the number of units to add to your cart.
Removing products from your cart
To remove products from your cart:
- Select the shopping cart icon ( ) from the top-right of your screen.
- Select the ( ) icon to remove the product from your cart.
Select to remove products from your cart.
Adjusting quantities in your cart
Before placing your order, review and adjust product quantities in your shopping cart with the +/- selectors.
Understanding your cart's subtotal
Your subtotal reflects the retail price of the product(s) multiplied by the number of units in your cart. Your active discount (%) will be reflected in a banner at the top of your shopping cart. All discounts are managed by your practitioner. If items are discounted, the retail price is crossed out and the discounted cost per item is reflected in blue.
We'll also let you know how close your cart total is to meeting the required cart minimum to receive free shipping. Shipping may be recalculated at checkout, depending on the delivery method selected.
Reviewing the cart subtotal.
If products and/or shipping fees are taxable in the state or province the order is shipping to, additional taxes will be calculated in checkout. Taxes are not included in your shopping cart's estimated total.
Shipping displays as FREE if you're eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees are not included in your shopping cart total.
Placing your order — Continue to checkout
Review your cart before continuing to checkout to place your order. Products can't be removed from your cart while you're in checkout.
Tip! You can select the Cart heading or the back arrow while in checkout to go back to your shopping cart and make changes. Orders can't be modified or canceled once placed.
