General backorder information
Products that are temporarily out of stock (backordered) are typically replenished within 10-14 business days.
US customers can continue to place orders for backordered products with confidence; we'll send the product(s) to you when they're restocked and ready to pack. If products in your order aren't restocked within 21 days of your order date, we'll automatically issue a refund to the card used to place the order.
Canadian customers cannot purchase backordered products. Consider purchasing a similar product or speak to your practitioner about suitable alternatives.
We recommend speaking to your practitioner about suitable alternatives to avoid interruptions to treatment plans. Patients can also browse our catalog for alternatives that are in stock or choose from similar products curated by our in-house Integrative Medical Advisory Team.
Note: Your practitioner may restrict catalog access. If the catalog isn't available in your account, contact your practitioner for alternatives.
Products may be unavailable from vendors for extended periods of time; there is no restock estimate to suit all situations. We recommend signing up for a product notification to be contacted when products become available. You can also reach out to our Customer Success team, who may be able to provide an approximate restock date.
Note: Canadian customers cannot purchase backordered products.
Shopping available products
Our Integrative Medical Advisory Team has selected similar products for the majority of items in our catalog to help you choose from currently available products. When you attempt to add a backordered product to your cart, we'll present you with similar products that have been selected based on shared ingredients, dosage, and formats.
When shopping from the catalog, you can select a backordered or unavailable product to view a product's details, then scroll to the bottom of the page to order from similar products.

Tip! We recommend reaching out to your practitioner to find out if similar products are best suited for you.
Want to order anyway?
If you can wait for a product to return to stock, select Add to cart from the backordered product window. We'll email you with tracking information once the product leaves our warehouse.

Browse in-stock products
When searching the Catalog, click Filters and enable In stock under More to display products we can ship right away. Not all product sizes may be available.
Using the Only show in-stock products toggle to remove backordered and unavailable products from search results.
Note: This option isn't available in all patient catalogs.
Our warehouse will ship available products right away to ensure you receive as many products from your order as soon as possible.
Backordered products will be shipped from our warehouses as they become available, and tracking information will be emailed to you when these shipments leave our warehouse. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for backorder shipments.
If you would like a refund for any backorder products from previous orders, reach out to our Customer Success team through any of our available support channels displayed at the bottom of this page.
For our US customers, we will automatically cancel and refund products that cannot be fulfilled within 21 calendar days from the order date. Backorders aren't supported for orders shipped within Canada.
Patients can sign up to be notified via email when products come back in stock. Sign up by selecting the ellipsis icon ( ) on a backordered product and click the Email when in stock box.
