Managing your preferences
Manage the account-related communications you receive from Fullscript, all in one place! From your Account Settings, customize when you receive emails and SMS messages from Fullscript with just a few clicks.
Patients with accounts in multiple dispensaries can access preferences for all dispensaries when logged into any one of their accounts, given the patient accounts share the same email address.
To update your preferences:
- Log in to Fullscript
- Click your name, then Account
- Select Manage Preferences
- Set preferences individually or disable notifications entirely, all at once.

Unsubscribe from emails
Unsubscribing from patient wellness content and other promotional communications is done by selecting the email's Unsubscribe link and submitting the form on the following page.
Other account-related communications must be disabled within your account. To unsubscribe from account-related reminders and notifications:
- Log in to Fullscript
- Click your name, then Account
- Select Manage Preferences
- Set the main toggle to Off.
Unsubscribe from all email reminders by toggling the above switch to Off.
Note: You cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails such as treatment plan activations and order-related communications. These emails are critical to alerting you to new treatment plans sent by your healthcare professional and any updates about your orders.
Communication preferences
SMS notifications
Opt-in (or out) of having treatment plans delivered directly to your phone. SMS notifications may be sent if you have provided your phone number in your Contact Details.
Treatment plan reminders
When your health care professional sends you a new treatment plan and an order isn't placed within seven days, we send you a reminder in case you missed the activation email. Use this setting to opt-in (or out) of receiving this reminder.
Note: You will continue to receive the initial treatment plan activation emails triggered by your practitioner when this setting is disabled.
Refill reminders
Refill reminders are sent if a refill hasn't been purchased and your supply looks to be running low! Use this setting to opt-in (or out) of receiving refill reminders.

Transactional emails
Transactional emails include treatment plan activations and order-related communications such as order and shipment confirmation emails. These emails can't be turned off, and we recommend against blocking, marking as spam, or filtering these critical notifications from your inbox.
