Order cancellations and modification requests
General
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there’s only a short window to modify or cancel them after they’re placed. Be sure to review your cart carefully before ordering.
Order modifications and cancellations
Orders are quickly sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. In most cases, that means we’re unable to support modifications and/or cancellations and changes to orders once they’re placed. We’re unable to modify pricing or apply discounts.

Item changes and modifications
Orders are immediately sent to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. That means we often can’t change the products and quantities in an order once it’s been placed (unless the item is backordered). Please contact our support team if you’re looking to modify an order.
Adding products to an order
Unfortunately, we can’t add items to an order once it’s placed. If your original order was placed more than 24 hours ago, it is not eligible for a shipping credit.
To qualify, the new order must:
- Be placed within 24 hours of the original order,
- Use the same shipping method as the original order; and,
- Ship to the same shipping address as the original order.
This applies to both patient and wholesale orders. Contact us to request a shipping credit.
Canceling a backordered item
Backordered products that aren’t shipped within 21 days of placing the order will be canceled automatically. If you’d like to cancel a backorder before the end of the 21-day window, please contact our support team.
Shipping address changes
If there’s an error with your shipping address, please contact us with the correct address as soon as possible.
