We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.
To ensure your refund is processed successfully, please submit a return request and our Customer Success team will provide your with an RMA number once your request is processed. Please have your order number, products names, and quantities you'd like to return ready before filling out the request.
When you receive your return information, clearly write the RMA number provided to you on the outside of the return shipment. RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies your return and are essential to processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often can't be traced back to the shipper.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Return shipping labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and waive all restocking fees.
We guarantee our products for at least 90 days or for as long as the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.
Tip! Some brands print manufactured-by dates (MFG) on their bottles instead of expiry dates. If you're concerned about a date presented on products you've received, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team who can confirm the date form (manufactured or expiry date) on your behalf!
