The application process

If you’d like to submit a brand application:

1. Complete the form linked below.

2. Our team reviews applications within approximately 8 weeks. We evaluate brands against our onboarding criteria, mandatory requirements, and current assortment needs.
3. If your brand meets our onboarding criteria and is selected for further consideration, we’ll contact you directly to request additional information or discuss next steps. Due to application volume, we’re unable to provide individual follow-up responses to all applicants.

Consideration criteria

Although we’re accepting new brands, we’re very selective due to significant product coverage and SKU overlap in our existing catalog. While we strive to offer a comprehensive selection, we aim to avoid overwhelming practitioners with too many similar products. However, we’re open to adding brands that are new and in-demand, offering unique products, or presenting compelling strategic opportunities for us. There are several criteria that we evaluate when reviewing brands; here are a few key considerations:

• The brand or its contract manufacturer(s) must have a third-party cGMP certification by NSF or similar (US only) for vitamin and supplement products.
• The brand must have a Health Canada site license and importer of record (Canada only).
• For prescribed products:
  • The brand should be highly requested by practitioners.
  • Products should have clinical validation and unique, novel ingredients backed by science and clinical studies.

Brands or products that are most appealing to Fullscript

We look for brands with unique product offerings that we currently don’t carry or brands popular among practitioners.

While we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive selection, we aim to avoid overwhelming practitioners with too many similar products. However, we’re open to adding new in-demand brands, offering unique products, or presenting compelling strategic opportunities for us.

Practitioner requests

Practitioners can request brands by completing the Fullscript new brand request form below. These requests will be sent directly to our supplier team for review and consideration.

Patient requests

Patients should be encouraged to submit brand or product requests through their practitioners.
