Scheduling your GetLabs blood draw

With GetLabs, you can access a mobile phlebotomist who will collect your blood sample from the comfort of your home or office. GetLabs is available for any lab test on Fullscript that requires a blood draw, including test kits from specialty labs, Quest Diagnostics, and Access Medical Labs.

If you need assistance finding an alternative to GetLabs for your blood draw, please contact our support team for help. 

Note:

There is an additional fee for a mobile blood draw, which is paid directly to GetLabs. You’ll pay this fee when you purchase your test.

Scheduling your GetLabs blood draw

When you order a specialty test that requires a blood draw, you can access the GetLabs scheduling link right from your Fullscript account once your test kit has been delivered. 

To start, you’ll need to select GetLabs as your sample collection method when you add your test to the cart before purchase.

Note:

If GetLabs isn’t available in your area, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to provide other local options that can draw for your specialty test kits.

After you’ve completed your purchase, received the test kit, and your requisition is ready, you’ll be able to schedule your GetLabs blood draw.

To schedule your appointment:

  1. Go to the My health page and click the Labs tab.
  2. Click View details.

  1. On the test details page, click Schedule appointment.

  1. Complete the scheduling form and select a date and arrival window for your blood draw.
  2. Click Book appointment.
Complete your Getlabs appointment booking.
  1. A modal will appear saying your appointment is confirmed! You’ll have the option to add the appointment to your calendar.
Click Add to Calendar.

Rescheduling or canceling a GetLabs appointment

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling your blood draw

To reschedule a GetLabs blood draw:

  1. Navigate to your My health page and click the Labs tab.
  2. Click View details.

  1. On the test details page, click Manage appointment.

  1. Click Reschedule appointment.
  2. Select your new appointment date and time.
  3. Click Reschedule appointment.
Click Reschedule appointment.
  1. A modal will appear confirming your appointment and giving you the option to add it to your calendar.
Click Add to Calendar.

Cancelling your blood draw

To cancel your GetLabs blood draw:

  1. Navigate to your My health page and click the Labs tab.
  2. Click View details.

  1. On the test details page, click Manage appointment.
Click Manage appointment.
  1. Click Cancel appointment.
  2. A modal will appear asking you to confirm. To confirm, click Cancel appointment.
Click Cancel appointment.

After cancelling an appointment, you can still schedule it again later using the same steps you used before.
