Types of labs available
Blood labs
Quest Diagnostics and Access Medical Labs offer a comprehensive catalog of blood tests available through Fullscript. These foundational tests help providers assess common health markers and screen for a wide range of conditions, from metabolic and thyroid disorders to cardiovascular risk factors.
You can order over 600 blood tests on Fullscript, including:
- Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP).
- Thyroid function tests (e.g., TSH, Free T3, Free T4).
- Lipid panel.
- Complete blood count (CBC).
- Vitamin and mineral panels (e.g., B12, D, magnesium).
These labs are ideal for routine screening, preventive care, or as a baseline for more targeted specialty testing. You can build custom panels to streamline ordering or add tests to templates for consistency across your practice.

Specialty labs
Specialty labs on Fullscript help you uncover root causes and deliver more targeted care. These advanced tests go beyond standard blood work, supporting deeper clinical insights across a wide range of health categories—from hormone balance to gut health and environmental exposures.
Specialty tests are typically completed at home with sample collection kits sent directly to the patient. Each kit includes pre-filled requisitions, step-by-step instructions, and pre-paid return packaging to send the sample back to the lab for processing. Patients can track kits in real time and view results digitally, all within their Fullscript account.
