After enrolling in a Fullscript Bootcamp, use your registration emails to join live sessions and add them to your calendar. You can watch session recordings in Fullscript Academy once they’re available.
Joining a live session
After you enroll, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email from Fullscript Academy, sent through Zoom. The email may refer to live sessions as a “webinar” or “Live Q&A.” One registration covers all live sessions in your Bootcamp.
To join a live session:
- Open your registration confirmation or reminder email.
- Select Join Webinar. If the button doesn’t work, copy the provided link and paste it into your browser.
You can also join by phone using the dial-in details in the email. Your join link is unique to you, so don’t share it publicly.
Adding sessions to your calendar
Use your confirmation or reminder email to add sessions to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Yahoo Calendar. Your confirmation email also includes an invite.ics file. Open it to add your sessions to your calendar app.
If you can’t find your registration email
Registration and reminder emails both include your join link, so finding either one gets you into your session.
To find them:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for “Fullscript Academy” or “zoom.us.”
- Contact Fullscript Support at support@fullscript.com if you still can’t find it.
Watching session recordings
Open your Bootcamp course page in Fullscript Academy to find session recordings.
When a recording is available, you can play it directly from the course page. Until it’s available, you’ll see Recording coming soon.
