Fullscript Bootcamps are a paid course type in Fullscript Academy. Each one is a course designed to help you build confidence using specialty labs.
This article explains who can enroll, how refunds work, and what happens to your enrollment or lab kit coupon if a cohort is cancelled or a refund is issued. For the complete terms, see the full Terms of Enrollment you agree to at checkout.
This policy covers Bootcamp enrollments only. It is separate from the Labs refund policy, which covers lab test orders.
Eligibility
Bootcamps are designed as professional education for licensed healthcare practitioners. Enrollment and participation requires a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number issued by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement, and Fullscript may verify eligibility at any time.
Refunds
Bootcamp enrollments are final and non-refundable. Because each Bootcamp has limited seats and includes live, time-bound sessions, we don't offer refunds for reasons like change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or not attending.
If you have questions about your enrollment, contact support.
Cancelled cohorts
If Fullscript cancels a cohort before it starts, we'll offer you a refund or a credit toward a future cohort. If a cohort is cancelled after it has started, we'll work with you to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.
Coupons and refunds
Some Bootcamps include a lab kit coupon. Whether one is included is shown on the Bootcamp's landing page. If your enrollment is refunded, any included coupon becomes void and can't be redeemed. Coupons are also single-use and expire on the last Friday of your cohort, so they can't be reinstated later.
