Completing your Access lab test with Labcorp
Patients
We partner with Access Medical Labs and Labcorp to provide reliable in-lab sample collection. If your provider has created a test plan that includes an Access lab panel, this guide will walk you through how to pay for your testing, download your requisition form, and book your sample collection with Labcorp.
Paying for your testing
Once your provider sends your plan, you’ll get an email with a link to view it in your Fullscript account. If your provider hasn’t paid for your testing upfront, you’ll complete payment during checkout. Your plan will show the cost of testing along with any custom provider fees.
Download your requisition form
After you’ve paid, your Access digital requisition form will appear in your Fullscript account. You’ll need to bring this form to your sample collection appointment.
To view it:
- Go to the My health tab of your Fullscript account.
- Click Labs.
- Find the lab and click View details.
- Then, click View requisition.
You can print the form or show the digital version on your phone.
Scheduling your Labcorp sample collection
Once your requisition is ready, you can schedule your appointment directly through Labcorp.
To schedule, from the labs details page:
- Click Schedule appointment.
- Follow the prompts to find a nearby Labcorp location.
- Choose a date and time that works for you.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Labcorp with the details of your appointment.
Preparing for your test
Some tests require fasting. If fasting is needed, you’ll find instructions in the View details section of your test. If you’re unsure, contact your provider or Customer Support before your appointment.
Day of your appointment
On the day of your appointment, be sure to bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Your printed or digital requisition form
Check in using the QR code from your confirmation email or by providing your name and date of birth.
Viewing your results
You’ll get an email when your test results are ready. To view them, go to the Labs tab and click View details next to the test. You can download the PDF or view your provider’s interpretation once it’s available. You can track lab kits and testing status at any time in your account.
