How auto refills work with Fullscript

Auto refills are a flexible, automated service that allows you to schedule recurring orders, making it easier to follow your plan without adding to your to-do list.

Here’s what we need to automatically ship products that follow a schedule that works best for you:

  1. The products and quantities you’d like shipped.
  2. Your preferred shipping frequency.
  3. Your preferred delivery method.
  4. Your shipping address.
  5. Your payment information.

Note:

When you register for auto refill, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the payment processor is automatically authorized to charge you for orders (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your auto refill registration continues. Your first auto refill order

Here’s what you should know ahead of your first auto refill order:

✔  You’ll receive two reminder emails: one week before and one day before the ship date. These emails include a summary of the products that will be included in the order and your order total.

✔  An automated confirmation email, including a summary of the order and associated charges, is sent every time an order is placed.

✔  Your payment method is charged only when an order is placed.

✔  You can make changes to your auto refills before their ship date by going to the Auto refills page in your account.

✔  When setting up new auto refills from the Auto refills page (or the Orders page in the iOS/Android app), an order is not placed right away.

Emails & notifications

When you activate auto refill, you can expect to receive the following emails and notifications:

Note:

Patients will only receive push notifications if they have the mobile app downloaded and push notifications enabled.

  • Auto refill reminders: Are sent via email (and via push notification in some instances) one week before your ship date and the day before your ship date.

  • Order confirmations: Are sent with every successful order. The email confirmation includes your order number, products ordered, and total charges.

  • Shipment confirmations: Sent when your shipment(s) leaves the warehouse.

  • Shipment out for delivery: Sent when the courier notifies us that your shipment is on the truck for delivery.

  • Auto refill failure: We’ll let you know if we have any trouble processing an auto refill order and which products were impacted.

  • Auto refill updated: If you make a change to your auto refills (including skipping, changing the frequency, ordering now) we’ll confirm the change via email.

Terms and conditions

When you sign up for Auto Refills, here’s what you’re agreeing to:

  • Authorization: By enrolling, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring orders based on your selected schedule. Charges continue until you cancel.
  • Payment details: Your payment method is charged when your order is processed for shipping. Your total includes product costs, shipping, and any applicable taxes.
  • Making changes: You can update your Auto-refills anytime—add products, adjust quantities, or change your delivery schedule. Changes may impact your next shipment.
  • Cancel anytime: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next shipment to avoid being charged.
  • Product availability: Out-of-stock Auto-refill products aren’t replaced automatically. To continue your order, add a replacement product to your Auto-refill (see Add a product to an Auto-refill). Replacement items can’t be added as a one-time shipment.
  • Delivery note: Delivery schedules depend on product availability and shipping conditions. We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time.

Legacy discounts

If you set up an auto refill order with a discount, that original discount will stay active as long as your auto refill stays on. Even if the auto refill discount changes in the future, your price won’t be affected.

If you cancel your auto refill, that discount will be removed. Any future auto refill orders will reflect current pricing and discounts at the time of setup.

Note:

New items added to a legacy auto refill won’t qualify for a legacy discount. Any items added to auto refill after the discount has changed will be subject to the new discount.
