View Your Tracking Information
You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped!
Alternatively, you can log in to Fullscript to view the progress of your order. To do so:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Orders
- Select an order number to view order details
- Under Tracking Details, select the tracking link
Access your tracking information from your account.
It's possible your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order could not be fulfilled by a single warehouse, or products in your order were not in stock at the time your order was fulfilled.
In these cases, an email will be sent every time a shipment leaves our warehouse. In the shipping information emails, we'll identify which items were included as well as the tracking information for that particular shipment.
