Wholesale order shipping rates

The shipping rates below apply to wholesale orders placed by dispensary owners and affiliated practitioners. Wholesale is available to US dispensaries only.

Note:

Overnight shipping is currently unavailable due to extended delivery times reported by our couriers. Orders placed with our standard shipping method shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will arrive in 10-13 business days.

Order cutoff and processing times

Orders placed before 3pm EST on business days ship same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping address guidelines

Wholesale purchases are typically intended for resale to your patients and clients through your clinic or office. To ensure products are being distributed in alignment with our goals and brand requirements, these orders should be shipped to a verified healthcare practice or business.

Tip!

Cancellations

Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we’re often unable to cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.

Returns

If you need to return any products you have purchased from Fullscript, give us a call or submit a return request, and we’ll get the process started.

Products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any heat-sensitive or reduced-price products* for return. See Refunds & Returns for more information.

Note:

Wholesale purchases that received a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply. Contact our Customer Success team for more information.

Shipping heat-sensitive products

Certain products in the Fullscript catalog are heat-sensitive, including some probiotics and fish oils. These items can be perishable and are not eligible for return under our return policy.

While these products may be labeled as heat-sensitive, they are not heat-intolerant. Probiotics are often made to compensate for any bacteria losses during transit. This ensures the product you receive is every bit as effective despite any temperature changes. Please see Heat-Sensitive Products for more information.

Only some heat-sensitive products ship with a cold pack that may not arrive cold but don’t be alarmed. Cold packs typically stay cooler than outside conditions and continue to help keep the product cooler even after it melts.

For even more stability during the summer or when shipping to a warmer climate, we offer priority shipping (2 business days) to get products to you as quickly as possible.

Note:

Not all heat-sensitive products require a cold pack when they’re in transit. Products are manufactured to withstand some time in transit, including the time it takes for products to reach our warehouses and make a second trip to our customers. Long-term storage continues to be the primary factor in maintaining the quality and efficacy of these products. Please refer to the product label for supplier storage instructions.
