Fullscript supports different user roles to help your team manage care, communication, and account settings. Each role comes with unique permissions and responsibilities that help support patient care.

Choosing the right store owner

A store owner should be an individual with the authority to manage your account’s financial settings, lab workflows, and user permissions. An assigned store owner is required to proceed with a Fullscript dispensary. Only providers can be assigned the store owner role. Staff members can’t take on this role, even if they manage daily operations.

If you’re unsure who to assign this role to, consider who’s best positioned to manage these areas. Once a store owner has been selected and the dispensary created, this can’t be changed. Be sure of the person who should assume this responsibility, and have them initiate account setup.

Dispensary settings

As the store owner, you’ll gain access to the store owner-exclusive Dispensary settings page, which provides access to various settings, including business information, EHR integrations, patient promotions, labs settings, and more.
