Troubleshooting digital wallet payments
Patients
Supported digital wallets
You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, or other quick-pay methods such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards to pay for your Fullscript order. If you don’t see your digital wallet at checkout, or if the payment doesn’t go through, try the steps below to fix common issues.
General troubleshooting tips
If you’ve set up a digital wallet with Stripe Link or another quick pay method but still can’t complete payment, try these quick fixes:
- Update your browser or try another one (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
- Ensure the card information is up to date.
- Try a different network or device. Work VPNs, firewalls, and content blockers can interfere.
If problems continue, contact your wallet provider’s support team for further help.
Wallet-specific tips
Apple Pay
If you’ve set up Apple Pay but don’t see it as a payment option, check that:
- You’re signed in to your iCloud account with your Apple ID on your device.
- You’ve set up Apple Pay successfully and added a credit card.
- The card is still valid and has yet to expire.
- The billing address associated with your card is up to date.
- There are no firewalls that may be blocking Apple Pay from being used. i.e., if you’re using a work computer, you may want to try again on a different device.
Google Pay
If you’ve set up Google Pay but don’t see it as a payment option, check that:
- You’re signed in to your Google account on your device.
- A credit card has been added to your Google account.
- The card’s expiration date is still valid.
- There are no firewalls that may be blocking Google Pay from being used on your device. i.e., if you’re using a work computer, you may want to try a different device.
