Templates for labs

Providers

Lab templates help you build and send plans faster by grouping labs, supplements, and other items into reusable templates. You can create your own templates or customize pre-made options from Fullscript’s Integrative Medical Advisory Team.

This guide shows you how to:

  • Create templates that include only labs, or a combination of labs and products.
  • Share templates with patients.
  • Edit or delete saved templates.

Staff accounts can apply existing templates to individual patient plans, but don’t have the ability to create new templates.

Tip!

If you’re looking to building a template that only includes supplements, check out Creating and applying templates.
