If you ordered a lab test through Rupa before your provider switched to Fullscript, we’ll continue to support your refund request based on where the order was placed.
Refunds for lab orders placed through Rupa
Orders placed through Rupa follow Rupa’s original refund policies. We’ll continue honoring those policies for any eligible refund requests.
Refunds for lab orders placed through Fullscript
Any new lab orders placed through Fullscript follow Fullscript’s Labs refund policy.
- You may be eligible for a refund if your kit hasn’t shipped or hasn’t been used.
- Some costs—like shipping or processing fees—may not be refundable.
