Submitting a request
Is there a brand or product you’d like us to carry? Fill out the Brand/Product Request Form below to request a brand or specific products. We review all submissions within six weeks.
If you’re requesting a specific product from a brand that’s already available on Fullscript, use the same form to make your request.
To request a specific product:
- Enter the brand name in the Name of brand being requested field.
- Enter the product name in the Are there any specific products that you’d like us to consider from this brand? (optional) field.
Complete the rest of the form as usual.
If we add a brand or product you’ve requested, we’ll email you once it’s available.
Consideration criteria
While we’re currently accepting new brands and products, we’re highly selective due to extensive coverage and SKU overlap in our existing catalog. Our goal is to offer a well-rounded selection without overwhelming practitioners with similar options. That said, we’re always open to brands that are new and in demand, offer something unique, or present a strong strategic fit. There are several criteria that we evaluate when reviewing brands; here are a few key considerations:
- The brand’s contact manufacturer must be GMP-certified.
- The brand should be highly requested by practitioners.
- Products should have clinical validation and unique, novel ingredients backed by science and clinical studies.
- The brand must be certified by a 3rd party (US Only).
- Have we received numerous practitioner requests for this brand or product?
Brand applications
Brands can apply by submitting the new brand application form, which begins the brand onboarding process. Our supplier team will review and process the request.
Patient requests
Patients should be encouraged to submit brand or product requests through their practitioners.
