Our team of onboarding and support specialists are available to guide you from the moment you register for labs to providing ongoing assistance as you make Fullscript your practice’s home for all your lab ordering.

During our initial launch for labs, give us a call at 1 (888) 894-4014, email us at labs@fullscript.com, or chat in by using the chat bubble at the bottom right-hand side of any Fullscript page.

Our labs experts are available Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm EST during our pilot.

Patient support for labs

Our lab experts are here to guide your patients through the entire testing process. They can contact Fullscript directly if they have questions about: 

  • Payment or billing 
  • Shipping and tracking 
  • Accessing their Quest digital requisition 
  • Test preparation and collection instructions 
  • Filling out their requisition form 
  • Scheduling their blood draw 
  • Shipping their test kit back to the lab 
  • Navigating their account 
  • Finding results 
  • Troubleshooting any support issues
  • Sending out recollection kits

As their provider, you will continue to be their clinical resource if they have any specific questions about: 

  • Preparing for their test as it relates their unique medical history or specific medications/supplements
  • Any additional testing requests 
  • Interpreting their test results 
  • How to schedule a follow-up to review their lab test results with you
