Labs refund policy

Patients

You can request a refund for labs ordered on Fullscript within 90 days of purchase, as long as the sample hasn’t been sent to the lab for processing.

Once a sample has been submitted to the lab, refunds are only considered under rare circumstances, such as specimen issues, lab errors, or significant delays.

Refunds may be refused if any part of this policy is misused.

Note

Enrolled in a Bootcamp? This policy covers standard lab orders. For Bootcamp enrollment, refund, and coupon details, see the Bootcamp enrollment and refund policy.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Once a lab plan has been purchased, the order can't be changed. If changes are needed, a refund or new order may be required.

To request a refund or cancellation, contact our Labs Support Team at labs@fullscript.com or call 1 (888) 894-4014.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in the account.

Tip!

If your credit card is cancelled or deactivated before a refund is processed, the funds are typically routed to your account as usual.

Refunds for provider paid tests

If a provider paid for the test, they’re responsible for requesting a refund from Fullscript and refunding you directly.

Additional fee refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Fullscript or the courier is at fault.
  • The 3% service fee for specialty labs is non-refundable.
  • Sample collection fees for Access Labcorp Draw and Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers, as well as authorization network fees, are refunded prior to sample collection only if the entire lab order is canceled.
  • Getlabs mobile collection fees are only refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If your provider has set a custom fee in addition to the cost of lab testing, 95% of that custom fee will be refunded.

What to do with refunded test kits

If a specialty test kit has been refunded, please discard it safely. Don’t return it to Fullscript or the lab.
