I’m a practitioner. How do I resend a notification for a multi-patient plan?

To resend notifications for an existing multi-patient plan:

  1. Remove access to the plan for all patients and Save.

Tip!

If your plan access is set to Entire dispensary or All of my patients, change it to Specific patients. Don’t add any new patients – simply click Save with the field empty. This will make the plan private to you.

  1. Next, select the groups or specific patients you’d like to have access to the plan.
  2. Select the Email patients with access checkbox.

  3. Click Update plan.

All patients with access to the plan will receive an email notification that a new community plan is available.
