How to use a shipping credit

If you’ve been given a shipping credit by a Fullscript team member, follow the steps below to make sure it’s applied to your order.
Applying a shipping credit to a new order
To use a shipping credit:
- Add the products you’d like to your cart.
Warning!
If your cart already has items in it at the time you receive a shipping credit, you’ll need to remove all items from the cart and begin your order again. This ensures the shipping credit will be applied correctly to your order.
- Once you have the product(s) in your cart, continue to checkout.
- When selecting your shipping method, ensure that you select the method that aligns with the credit that you received. It will show as Free.
- Complete your order.
