How to access clinical consultations
Our specialty lab partners offer clinical consultations to support providers in interpreting their patients’ lab results. These one-on-one consultations are designed to provide educational support and clinical guidance.
This service is available to authorized providers who can order labs without going through the authorization network.
If you currently order labs directly from our partners, you’ll continue to access clinical consultations when ordering through Fullscript. If you’re a provider using the authorization network, see Providers using the authorization network.

If you have limited ordering access and require the authorization network to recommend testing, Diagnostic Solutions will help connect you with educational resources.
Our other partner labs don’t currently offer clinical consultations through the authorization network, but we’re building additional educational resources that’ll be available soon through Fullscript.
