Canceling plans

Overview

Plans can be canceled if they no longer apply to a patient. Once canceled, the plan is immediately removed from the patient’s account and can’t be reactivated. However, providers can still access canceled plans in the dispensary and search for them within patient profiles.

Note:

Patients can continue to order products from canceled plans from their order history (if previously ordered) or the catalog directly (depending on your catalog permissions).

Canceling a supplement plan

To cancel a supplement plan:

  1. Search for the plan you’re looking to cancel under the Patients or Plans tab.

To search for a plan under the Patients tab, search for the patient and open their profile.

  1. In the upper right hand corner of the plan information box, click More options ( ).
  2. Click Cancel plan.
  1. Click Yes, cancel in the modal to confirm the cancellation.

Note:

Once canceled, you can’t reactivate a plan. If you’d like to re-publish a canceled plan to a patient’s account, you’ll need to recreate it using the plan building tool.
