Canada Post strike

Patients

Canada Post service disruptions resumed on May 22nd, 2025. To ensure you continue receiving your deliveries without delay, we’ve made a few temporary shipping changes effective May 14th, 2025.

We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need help updating your address.

How the strike impacts your Fullscript orders

Beginning May 14th, 2025, we’re shipping most Canadian orders via Purolator and UPS to help mitigate the risk of delays or lost packages. Orders shipped with Canada Post before this date are still expected to be delivered.

While we’ve paused most shipments through Canada Post, orders to PO Boxes will continue to ship with Canada Post, and some delays may occur. Entering a physical address that can accept deliveries from Purolator or UPS is recommended.

We’ve also temporarily removed priority shipping in Canada as we can’t guarantee the 1–3 business day delivery window with our courier partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore this option as soon as possible.

Note:

Any auto refills currently set to ship with priority shipping will default to standard shipping and pricing.
